Cancellation by P N Jewels:
There may be certain orders that P N Jewels cannot accept, and therefore, we hold the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing or product information, limitations on quantity available for purchase; certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department, or any other issue that P N Jewels identifies for not accepting the order. In case your order has been canceled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order, we will notify you.
Cancellation by Customer, Return, and Exchange Policy
Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of Gold coins, customized jewelry, and lose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances.
15 DAYS RETURN POLICY:
- Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing (by a jeweler other than pnjewelz.com) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork.
- Product return will be accepted in case of damage on receipt or difference in product design from that on the website. If the customer still wishes to take a refund, a 10% deduction on the product value will be applicable.
- This excludes any product that has been designed through our bespoke service, i.e., designed exclusively for our client by pnjewelz.com through customization, including engravings, removal of tag; logo, etc. in such cases only a lifetime exchange policy will be applicable.
- In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the product will be sent to the Lab for re-certification by the Company. Shipping and Certification costs shall be borne by the customer.
- Loose Solitaire Diamonds and Loose Gemstones are not covered under the 15 Day Return policy. We do not currently accept any returns or exchanges on the product(s) delivered outside India.
- This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
